I am a member of Friends For Life with Planet Honda, 15701 W Colfax Ave, Golden, CO 80401. Every time my 15% oil life comes up I call and get a appointment for a service check up. Oil change, Tire rotation, plus a few things, like Digital multi point inspection. That suggests a few things that can be postpone till my next visit as my time was short today. NOW THE REVIEW... I reached out for info on a used Pathfinder. Oty was so quick to respond, with a personalized video of the vehicle! She was very nice, friendly, and she went above and beyond from start to finish. I’ve bought about ten cars, and this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I always take my Honda to Planet Honda for service! Always professional technicians to advise and perform necessary maintenance. My 2015 Honda just reached 236,000 miles and still running strong! Jason Ball is the only tech I have work on my car and he is the best!

Been coming here for a while, solid service. I’ve had alignments, oil changes, transmission fluid, coolant, tires patched, all the general maintenance stuff that went smoothly. Decent wait time, free snacks in waiting area, friendly staff, great place.

My CRV was in for an oil change and tire rotation on May 20, 2023. I believe Danny was assisting the work and reporting to me when the work was complete. This was my first service on our new Honda. When we bought the car from Planet Honda, I was most struck by their overall honestly. I was pleased that the service area shares this culture of honesty. Anyone can feel confident using Planet Honda.

Usually you hear horror stories about dealerships overcharging or trying to upsell you on services that you don't need, but not at this dealership! EVERYONE is incredibly helpful and not pushy. Khai Duong is the gentlemen I dealt with and he was beyond helpful and genuinely friendly. I opted to buy a battery and do the install myself and when he saw they accidentally charged me for labor, he immediately issued me a refund. Cannot recommend this place enough! Will go back for anything I need serviced on my vehicle.

Great service. It was easy to make an appointment and wait while my vehicle was worked on.
Loved the service and large wait area. Only thing would be to improve getting vehicles back to customers when they are done. My car was done during the lunch break time and no one was covering. There were many cars done and people waiting on them but no employee working on checking people out. This left customers waiting longer than necessary. That's frustrating.

The buying process was super easy and painless. When i bought my car it was supposed to have a clear mask on the front end but their guy was on vacation so they contacted me to schedule a time to put it on alongside my window tint. The people are very friendly as well

I worked with Ashley and she did a great job. The whole team was respectful, transparent and fair. I shopped around and had two other dealers admit that they couldn't match Planet Honda's price on my new Pilot Trailsport.
I had came to the place to get some minor fixing done. Ben explained to me on what I needed done. I asked him if the mechanic can look into other issue that might need to be done. Ben said he will talk to the mechanic and ask him to look into it. Ben also said that if there are other problems with my car that needs to be fixed he will call me back and let me know before they even get it done. I said that would be great. I will definitely come to the place again.

ac is under warranty but the honda company has not made the tool needed to replaced the seals who know how long before that can be fixed? replaced the battery. ok. so 200 for that. not bad. finally got a ride to the shop... let the service dept know i was there.. after an hour of wating i inquired about my car status.. advisor. was confused if it was ready or not.. finally determined it was done. called it up to be brought up... wonder how long it has been done? maybe done when i first showed up? yet. they are ...

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. The appointment scheduling was seamless. I brought my car in for an issue with the brake booster caused by another repair shop. The technician was extremely thorough, and the service representative communicated about every step along the process. While the cost appear to be higher than average, I felt comfortable with the quality of work they dead. No games, one price and a reasonable time to handle our lease scenario based upon the current transportation delay scenario.
